While Cleve & Zonen was founded in 1934 already, other group members were established along the way. All members are wholly owned by, and are part of the holding G.B. van Pelt Beheer BV, of which Cleve & Zonen is the largest. Other companies in this holding are:

Cleve Logistic Services
Cleve Logistic Services (CLS) is located at the same address as Cleve & Zonen and specialised in storage (for both hazardous and non hazardous cargo) and worldwide distribution for overseas manufacturers, who choose to keep stock in The Netherlands to optimise their delivery times to customers.

Cleve & Zonen Belgium
Cleve & Zonen in Antwerp, established in 1991, offers inbound and outbound consolidation services alike Rotterdam. Furthermore, they handle FCL's, project cargoes as well as airfreight shipments.

Orionco Shipping
Orionco is a neutral, independent freight forwarder for FCL/LCL, import and export, which was founded in 1993. Orionco is able to serve our customers worldwide through their own agency network.

CIT
CIT stands for Consultants for International Transports. CIT arranges all Customs related subjects for all the companies within G.B. van Pelt Beheer. They also act as a fiscal representative for both domestic and foreign importers (within Europe).

Gateway Express Lines
Gateway Express Lines (GEL), established in 1993, operates as a fully equipped NVOCC and deconsolidation agent in the port of Rotterdam. GEL has acces to the entire network of Cleve & Zonen, but is specialised on the Asian market.
