Our partners in the U.S. informed about the current situation in Charleston, SC. Resulting from huge quantities of import containers of which one out of every three containers are dwelling over 15 days, the port has installed limited times to deliver export boxes to the terminal. At the moment 31 vessels anchored outside the port awaiting berthing. It is expected that the situation at least lasts till April. This means that for both im- and export boxes delays are expected.
